Hoppy Birthday Frogs - Flat Fold Pop-Out Card

Annie’s Ink-Lings

 Hello stampers,

What fun I've been having with the Stampin' Up Hoppy For You stamp set.  It has 3 of the cutest little frogs ever.  Making this card was especially fun because I have a friend who collects frogs.  It was a big hit with him so it really made my day that he liked it so much.  Hope you will too.

If you like 3-dimensional cards, this is a perfect fold for achieving that effect and it really is simple to make.  The picture below is looking down on the card so you can really see the 3 dimension.  The plaid background gives a masculine touch.

This is the back view

Who knew that FROG was an acronym for Fully Rely on God!  Love this stamp.

Card Base 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ (Score in half at 2-3/4″).   You can use a Designer card stock only, or you can use white card stock covered in the same size of Designer Paper.

White Inside Panel:  2″ x 4-1/2″ (Scored at 1/2, 2-¼, 4 inches).  Fold in the edges & glue these to the back of the card – laying down completely flat and in line with the center fold, when gluing down the tabs.

Curved Front Panel: Designer card stock 1-1/4″ x 6-1/2″ (Scored at 1/2″ on each end). Or you can use white card stock at above measurements and then cover in a piece of coordinating DSP measuring 1-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Fold in the edges & glue these to the back of the card – laying down completely flat and in line with the bottom of the card.

Stamp all your images in Memento ink, color, and then die cut out. I used clipart for the Lily. You can cut out 3 and layer them for dimension.
Stamp a sentiment on a white panel and adhere to back of card: 2-1/2 x 4 inches
