Annie’s Ink-Lings

Hi there friends,

With Memorial Day just past and Independence Day coming up in July, I'm thinking I must be in a patriot frame of mind, because this is what I did in my bible illustrating today, and it wasn't my original plan. Psalm 33:12.  Praying that our country is still a nation blessed by our God and that He hasn't given up on us. Used PrismaColor pencils for coloring. Used a Tim Holtz layering stencil  "Rays" for background and lightly sponged with blue ink. Used a stamp from Our Daily Bread Designs for the image. The little red star is covering up an ink smear. :( I don't usually cover the scripture.
