This week's scripture focus is Ephesians 5:15-17
See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the
will of the Lord is.
To walk wisely, or circumspectly, you must know what God wants you to be
and how to get there.
1. God wants you to please and glorify Him with your life.
2. God wants you to know Him more deeply.
3. God wants you to be a godly person.
4. God wants you to proclaim His excellencies by your life and words.
5. To walk wisely, you
must take advantage of the opportunities that God gives you.
Here are a few of the
opportunities that God will bring your way:
Bible Study
Prayer
Discipleship
Witnessing
Sharing material blessings
Helping others in
practical ways
I pray these words make an impression upon your heart to live more fully for the Lord
.
